I read somewhere that you should avoid using heavy beater brushes or other equally abrasive attachments while vacuuming and instead utilise low-suction settings. Additionally, Ruggable advises against using robotic vacuums that are autonomous on Ruggable rugs.

Deliveries to the US normally take 3–7 business days, while those to Canada typically take 7–14 business days. Important information, the one week it takes to make the rug is not included in these estimations.
For US delivery, Ruggable employs FedEx, and for Canadian deliveries, it either uses DHL or FedEx. You’ll get an email notification as soon as your order ships with tracking information so you can keep track of your new rug.
Their Return Policy
Not entirely thrilled with your rug! If you want a refund, your item must be in brand-new condition, which means they can’t have any stains or damage.

- A request for shipping labels.
And if you’re in Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii? The things must be returned at your own expense.
